This stew is warm and nourishing, packed with protein from the beef and peas. It provides your daily dose of iron, is high in omega 3 & 6 fats and antioxidant-like vitamin vitamin E (think glazed donut glowing skin)!

Enjoyed by the entire family
Absolutely delicious and devoured by my 3 kids who are picky eaters.
