About Our Postpartum Bundle

It Takes a Village.

We're Bringing the Food.

Your guide to Aiyana's #1 Gifted Bundle, the Postpartum Bundle for the new mama and  parents in your life (even if that’s you). In this post, you'll learn:

  • What the body needs after birth (and where to find it in our bundle)

  • Choosing your bundle size

  • For parents to-be

  • Gifting a bundle to new parents you love

There's an old saying that it takes a village to raise a child. What no one tells you is that the village is supposed to feed the new parents, too.

Not so long ago, a new mom was surrounded by people who showed up with pots of soup, sat with her while she nursed, and made sure she ate something warm before she remembered she was hungry. Today, so many of us are doing it with a partner who's back at work in two weeks, a family who lives a flight away, and a freezer we meant to stock before the baby arrived.

Aiyana was started by a mother of four who wanted to eat well but had no time to cook. That's exactly why we built the Postpartum Bundle: to be the village in the freezer. Every meal is intentionally designed, fully cooked, and ready when you are, so the only thing to focus on is the baby and mom’s healing.

What the body needs after birth (and where to find it in the bundle)

Postpartum recovery asks a lot of the body. You're healing, rebuilding, and for many, trying to produce milk around the clock. Here are the nutrients that matter most in those early weeks, and exactly where they show up in this bundle.

Collagen & Glycine

Birth is a big physical event, and mom’s tissues need the building blocks to repair. Bone broth is naturally rich in gelatin (the cooked form of collagen), along with minerals and glycine, an amino acid the body needs more of during pregnancy and postpartum. In the bundle: Bone Broth Chicken Noodle Soup, Miso Chicken + Rice Soup (Large)

Warming, Easy-to-Digest Meals

The body will naturally crave warm, comforting food after delivery. Soups and stews are gentle on the gut, hydrating, and easy to eat with one hand. Our stew is made with anti-inflammatory spices to support overall healing. In the bundle: Anti-Inflammatory Chicken Stew, Bone Broth Chicken Noodle Soup, Gluten Free Shepherd's Pie (Large)

Protein, Iron & B12

Protein needs to go up postpartum, as do iron and B12; these three help rebuild stores after birth and keep energy up through long nights. Protein also keeps blood sugar steady, which means fewer crashes and steady energy. In the bundle: Turkey Meatballs in Tomato Sauce, Turkey Zucchini Burger Bites, Vanilla Chocolate Chip Protein Bars (Large)

Fibre

Let's be honest, digestion after birth is something no one wants to talk about but mom is thinking about. Getting enough fibre is essential while the gut recovers, and whole grain oats keep you full and support getting the digestive system moving in the right direction. In the bundle: Oat Carrot Date Muffins, Classic Granola

Nuts, Seeds & Lactation Support

Nuts and seeds are nutrient powerhouses: fibre, protein, healthy fats, and minerals like magnesium and zinc. Paired with oats, they're classic lactation-supportive ingredients to help naturally support milk production. In the bundle: Nut Butter Energy Bars, Classic Granola, Oat Carrot Date Muffins

Snacks for the 3am Feed

No one warns you how hungry new parents will be at 3am. Our grab-and-go snacks are made to sit on the nightstand or in the diaper bag, so you're never choosing between feeding your baby and feeding yourself. In the bundle: Nut Butter Energy Bars, Oat Carrot Date Muffins, Vanilla Chocolate Chip Protein Bars (Large)

And what’s not in the bundle, as always

No refined sugar, no seed oils, no unnecessary additives. Just real, whole food you can feel good about.

Choosing Bundle Size

The Small Bundle (12 to 16 meals + snacks)

Perfect for: the first week or two home, or a thoughtful gift from one person.

The Large Bundle (18 - 23 meals/snacks)

Perfect for: stocking the freezer for the long haul, or a group gift from the whole crew.

For the parents-to-be: this is your permission slip

You've planned the nursery, packed the hospital bag, and read the books. Add yourself to the plan. Ordering your own postpartum meals isn't indulgent, it's one of the kindest things you can do for future you, the version of you who is tired, healing, and deserves a hot meal without lifting a finger. We exist to provide you with this kind of support and we encourage you to take it.

For the village: this is how you show up

If there's a new mom or parents in your life, you already know they don’t need another onesie. What they need is to be taken care of. Sending a Postpartum Bundle says I see you, I've got you, and you don't have to do this alone, even if you can't be there in person.

Grandparents, best friends, coworkers, siblings: this is the gift that will be remembered. Our tip? Go in on a Large Bundle together and fill the freezer for weeks.
